Turtle Top supports Greenshield Warranty for 2011

Turtle Top customers and distributors win the battle of Industry Best standard warranty

coverage. For a fourth year Turtle Top announces the continuation of the

Greenshield series of

warranty coverage for 2011 models. Turtle Top made it official in 2008 by raising the bar in service

after the sale with its

4 year/50,000 mile limited warranty and 5 year/100,000 mile structural and

corrosion resistance coverage as standard. “We offer the best vehicle in quality and safety,

customers expect the warranty to match up it’s just that simple,” says Matt Sausaman, Turtle Top’s

Director of Support Operations. “It’s a standard of service we strive to accomplish and it requires

excellent relationships with sub-component suppliers and an understanding with our distributors to

make it all work.”

Aside from Industry best coverage, Turtle Top expects all its vendor partners to comply.

Even if a supplier provides separate warranty, most components inside and out of the Turtle Top

product are applicable to Greenshield Protection. John Goerlach, Turtle Top’s warranty manager

explains, “The customer purchased a Turtle Top and it’s our job to connect them in every way to

our partner network to keep them on the road.” Turtle Top makes it very clear that support of its

distribution chain is the main focus once a bus leaves the factory. For example Akzo Nobel, Turtle

Top’s exclusive paint supplier announced

painted in Turtle Top’s state-of-the-art paint facility. “The supplier helped us design the shop and

provides constant training and guidance to our team. They have been eager and willing to stand

behind our work since,” says Rod Chupp, Turtle Top’s Director of Product Operations. “The paint

warranty is just one example of what we are willing to do to stand behind the whole product,”

Sausaman adds.

In addition to warranty coverage Turtle Top is striving to reinforce the mentality of sales

people across the country that the coverage matches the product. “Anyone can make a statement

about warranty, but can everyone build a product that emulates it?” comments Timm Bledsoe,

Hello Fellow Turtles,

I first want to Thank You for visiting "Turtle Talk" which is one of the new additions to the Turtle Top Web Site. Turtle Top has had a "Blog" in the past but was one that had trouble staying up to date with current news or exciting information. Turtle Top's website over the past few weeks has made a few changes to with the intent of increasing productivity and amount of users.

One change that I know will make everyone happy are the floor plans matching up to one another, meaning when clicking on a floor plan that you wish to download you will actually get the floor plan that you have clicked on. Another change is the floor plans are in the order going from smallest to largest passenger sized units within their respective models, wheel chair units follow this idea as well based on amount of wheel chairs. Amount of passengers listed for a particular unit is described as everything in the body of the bus or “paying customers” plus Driver/Co-Pilot.

You will also find on the website’s homepage the C5500 chassis have been removed and replaced with the F-550 due to Chevrolet discontinuing the C-4500/5500 Chassis. Notice the wonderful looking F-550 which was on display at BusCon back in September with the new Vista Scenic View Windows!

The “Limo Coach” name has now been switched to “Luxury and Limo,” we came up with this name because we want to broaden the cliental we can reach with this line. We feel that we can dress a unit up as little or as much is necessary to meet the customer’s needs. Whether it is moving and executive from the airport to the office, holding a business meeting on the road, or throwing your best friends bachelor party, Turtle Top has the unit to fit your needs.

Another addition to the website is Turtle Top’s NEWEST addition to the Turtle Family of Products, which is a Cargo Truck Body. The Ultra/Terra Maxx is ramping up in production and is really a neat product that we feel has very much opportunity and a very bright future. Another Speciality Vehicle from Turtle Top

Turtle Top, once again, manufactured a vehicle like no other. A mobile cell phone office. This bus was constructed with room for multiple phones and accessories which will be displayed at major festivals and sporting events.

New Web site launches on May 18, 2009

What an exciting time for Turtle Top!

On May 18, 2009, Turtle Top will be launching one of the best Web sites in our Industry (at least we feel that way!) that offers vast amounts of information for both our customers and distributors. Our goal, as a company known for being progressive, was to give our distributors the best vehicle (no pun intended!) for proving information about Turtle Top vehicles but also offer easy to understand information for those decision makers trying to weigh their options.

With the partnership of our web development team, Brand Innovation Group, we were able to put together a fantastic site that achieves all of the goals we had in mind. The best part about it was working with Linda, and her team, who are the very best at what they do and she's probably one of the smartest people I know. I admire her for the Taco Salads she regularly eats in the TT board room during our 4 hour meetings, and the heckling she gives Timm Bledsoe on a regular basis.
